1928 Wurlitzer Violin. Solid repair to lower edge under the end pin will not effect sound or playability. This violin was traded in by an advancing player who purchased a $3500 violin.

Note the beautiful flamed back on this model. Many violins have flaming, but not a matching sound. Cao produces instruments of all around quality where the production of a desired sound is most important.
